These boots are great and so is the customer service. 
My original order had a defect in the print, so I reached out to customer support about the issue. I was a bit worried as I've heard that their CS isn't very responsive. I think they are working on improving that because John from CS was very helpful. He got back to me quickly and agreed to send me a replacement.
